How to send notifications for O&M to your customers

Solar Ladder has the ability to send out notifications about upcoming O&Ms to your customers via WhatsApp on a weekly basis.

|| Do note that this is a closed feature and is available on request. Please reach out to our customer success team to activate this for you.

When Creating an O&M

  • Go to a project
  • Go to the O&M Tab
  • Click on Add Project O&M
  • Just tick on "Send Upcoming O&M Notifications To Customer" and enter other details about the O&M and click on Create O&M.

When Updating an O&M

  • Go to an existing O&M
  • Click on the menu icon on the top right and select "Edit O&M"
  • Once the popup loads just tick "Send Upcoming O&M Notifications To Customer"
  • Click on Update O&M to save this change.

Once done, the notifications will be delivered to customers on a weekly basis via WhatsApp, alerting them that a planned O&M is scheduled on their location for this week and to be present at the location as needed.
