Advanced: How to change your account email?

If you want to change the email of an admin of your organisation: Reach out to your Solar Ladder account manager.

If you want to change the email of a regular user of your organisation, follow the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings -> Team Members
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the access information
  3. A popup will appear. Click on the pencil icon right next to the email address of the user.
  4. Enter the new email address of the user, scroll down and click on "Update User"
  5. This will update the email address of the user and send a new verification mail.
